Members appoint Directors to the Board of Directors, approve changes to the by-laws and appoint the external auditor. The Foundation’s membership is limited to thirty Members. Six seats are reserved for Members appointed by the Minister of Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada (“ISED”) and another three seats are reserved for liquidators of the succession of the late Right Honourable Pierre Elliott Trudeau.
