Amal Chaachay

Program Officer (Events) since October 2024, Amal's mandate is to support all events related to the Foundation's programs. 

With a bachelor's degree in communications and cultural action from the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM), she has developed solid skills in event design, organization, and execution, including sponsorship research, programming, coordination, and analysis. Her mastery of various aspects of communication, both oral and written, enables her to write and present ideas effectively in a variety of contexts. Amal has also obtained a certificate in international communications, which has enabled her to deepen her understanding of the communication strategies of organizations on a global scale. Today, this expertise helps her to develop and implement communication strategies adapted to multicultural environments. Through her professional experience, mainly in the not-for-profit sector, she has acquired solid expertise in event management and a keen sense of organization.

Before joining the Foundation, Amal worked for various organizations, including the Association québécoise des pharmaciens propriétaires (AQPP), where she was responsible for major and in-house events, such as the congress, forum, and webinars.
