Program Officer since April 2025, Anna Heyvang's mandate is to manage the administration of the Foundation's fellowship and mentorship programs.

Anna holds a Master's degree in Political Science with a specialization in Governance and Public Affairs from Université de Montréal, and a Bachelor's degree in Arts & Sciences from McGill University with a specialization in International Development and Economics. In addition, she recently completed a graduate microprogram in Business Administration at HEC Montréal in 2024.

She has solid experience in the analysis and evaluation of strategic issues, thanks in particular to her many years of experience with the federal and provincial governments.
